BJP had promised
In fact, before contesting the Delhi elections, the BJP had promised that the farmers will give topups under the PM Kisan Yojana. Now this promise is being fulfilled in the budget of Delhi and the farmers of Delhi will get a sum of 9 thousand instead of 6 thousand in a year, in which 6 thousand will be given by the central government and three thousand rupees will be given by the Delhi government.
What do farmers have to do?
Now the same question is moving in the minds of thousands of farmers coming to Delhi, what will they have to do to get three thousand rupees extra. At present, information has not been given by the Delhi government, but the government has complete data of farmers. Farmers who are registered under the PM Kisan Yojana will be eligible to take advantage of this topup themselves. That is, farmers will not have to do much for this.
